Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing developer tools, extensibility features, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with development tools and technologies, such as APIs, SDKs, and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address design challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for developer tools, extensibility features, and integrations.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of developers and IT professionals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive innovation and explore new design opportunities to enhance the developer experience.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.
