Requirements:

• Proven track record in outbound B2B appointment setting or cold calling.
• Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and business communication tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoom.
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations.
• Available to commit to approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 100+ outbound dials daily or 15-20 calls per hour using provided lead lists.
• Schedule appointments with key decision-makers across various industries.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets for commissions and performance bonuses.
