Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years previous quota-carrying sales experience, ideally with software-based solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to apply new learnings.
  • Willingness to learn tools for lead generation.
  • Ability to travel 15-25% of the time (domestic & international).
  • Experience in business intelligence, accounting technology, and/or ERP solutions.
  • Prior sales methodology training (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage existing customers through various channels to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze customer accounts, evaluate pain points, and propose Phocas solutions to address their needs.
  • Articulate Phocas’ solutions' value, prepare and deliver customized demos, and achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Stay informed about industry segments and developments, and attend trade shows to showcase products.
