Requirements:
- Degree qualified or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years previous quota-carrying sales experience, ideally with software-based solutions in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong listening skills and ability to apply new learnings.
- Willingness to learn tools for lead generation.
- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time (domestic & international).
- Experience in business intelligence, accounting technology, and/or ERP solutions.
- Prior sales methodology training (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage existing customers through various channels to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze customer accounts, evaluate pain points, and propose Phocas solutions to address their needs.
- Articulate Phocas’ solutions' value, prepare and deliver customized demos, and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
- Stay informed about industry segments and developments, and attend trade shows to showcase products.
