Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing teams in data engineering, analytics, or technical roles.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in data engineering tools and frameworks, including SQL, DBT, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and pipeline best practices.
• Experience with audience data tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize data workflows and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and data engineers to deliver impactful analytics and data engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI and data engineering strategies with organizational goals.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and frameworks for data processing.
• Drive self-service analytics by building and maintaining robust data models and reporting systems.
• Establish and enforce data quality, accuracy, and governance standards across initiatives.
• Oversee data architecture and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
