Requirements:
- A proven track record in customer relationship building and account management.

- Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and Word.

- Familiarity with Duda, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of domains and DNS is a plus.
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for managing client relationships, ensuring their websites are functional and thriving.
- Maintain a ticketing system to address and resolve customer website inquiries.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction.
- Define project deliverables, establish timelines, and resolve content and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address issues, delivering swift solutions.
- Oversee content management systems to build, track, and maintain websites.
- Craft and edit web content, including image editing and proofreading.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate on new ideas.
- Play a key role in training new team members and taking on additional duties as requested.
