Requirements:

• Minimum 4 yrs experience in relevant stream.
• Strong conceptual visual design skills.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of various eLearning industry tools.
• Strong problem-solving and idea-generation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and explain complex issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Initiative to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the eLearning industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and creating concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe and traditional print software.
• Developing dynamic and engaging project materials that align with brand standards.
• Taking written content and producing strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
• Collaborating with Learning Directors, Managers, and Designers to produce client-facing visual content.
• Liaising with Sales Reps and clients to understand design preferences and requirements.
• Managing time to balance multiple concurrent products.
• Recognizing budget constraints to align designs and overall approach.
• Cataloging new and existing concepts for efficient reuse.
• Establishing a searchable repository of design samples.
