Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in successful sales or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of attaining quotas and reaching goals.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities quickly and persuade others using data.
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
  • Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage up to 300 clients.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English, additional languages are a bonus.
  • Experience with marketing and sales technologies and working with Salesforce is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the commercial strategy and planning for assigned customers.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and subsidiaries.
  • Identify decision makers within existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Participate in the retention and renewal process.
