Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in successful sales or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of attaining quotas and reaching goals.
- Ability to assess business opportunities quickly and persuade others using data.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
- Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage up to 300 clients.
- Fluency in German (C2) and English, additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience with marketing and sales technologies and working with Salesforce is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial strategy and planning for assigned customers.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and subsidiaries.
- Identify decision makers within existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams as the voice of the customer.
- Participate in the retention and renewal process.
