10+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
Technical program/project management experience including stakeholder and resource management.
Experience in resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Conducting discovery workshops and managing delivery of complex programs/projects.

Develop an execution plan for all customer-facing technical roles covering main use cases, enablement, product adoption, and governance.
Provide updates on usage, customer health, investment status, and risks to Technical GM.
