Brickbuilder Program Leader

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or industry solutions development, preferably in the technology or data analytics space.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate the value of data analytics and AI solutions.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while executing on short-term objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Brickbuilder program, focusing on the development and execution of industry-specific solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners.
• Collaborate with the Industry GTM team to create industry-specific use cases, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.
• Conduct market research to inform solution development and partner strategy.
• Develop and deliver training programs for partners to implement and sell Databricks solutions.
• Establish KPIs to measure the program's success and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy.
• Represent Databricks at industry events.
