💡 Responsibilities

Lead and manage data conversion projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-conversion support. Ensure that all data is accurately migrated and validated according to project requirements.
Develop and execute data conversion strategies, including timelines, and risk management. Track project progress, manage deadlines, and report on status to stakeholders.
Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes. Utilize various ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and methodologies to facilitate data migration.
Perform thorough data validation and testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of converted data. Address and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly.
Work closely with other departments, including Development, Product, Implementation Consultants, and support teams, to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Clearly communicate ideas, solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data conversion processes, methodologies, and issues encountered. Develop and update technical documentation as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data conversion efficiency and effectiveness.
Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, including data migration errors and system integration challenges. Provide support during the post-conversion phase.
