Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales within logistics.
• Experience with automation or intralogistics solutions is a plus.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and leading sales projects.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Proficiency in any other Nordic language is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technical Engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and stay overnight as required.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for AutoStore projects in Finland.
• Lead the entire sales process, from acquisition to contract negotiation and closure.
• Design and deliver optimal solutions that create value for our customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
