Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team in the Channel space.
  • Existing relationships with top 10 Physical Security Integrators in the US.
  • Recognized sales success (e.g., President’s Club).
  • Experience in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to hire and train sales representatives and coach lower performers.
  • Experience in accurately forecasting sales results.
  • 50% travel expectation throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategy for growing relationships with National Physical Security Integrators.
  • Lead a team of 6-8 National Channel Sales Managers in achieving quotas.
  • Mentor and develop sales team, including recruiting and coaching.
  • Support CSMs in building daily sales pipeline.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales activity to management.
  • Monitor sales activity and assist in closing complex transactions.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and training sessions.
