Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team in the Channel space.
- Existing relationships with top 10 Physical Security Integrators in the US.
- Recognized sales success (e.g., President’s Club).
- Experience in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to hire and train sales representatives and coach lower performers.
- Experience in accurately forecasting sales results.
- 50% travel expectation throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategy for growing relationships with National Physical Security Integrators.
- Lead a team of 6-8 National Channel Sales Managers in achieving quotas.
- Mentor and develop sales team, including recruiting and coaching.
- Support CSMs in building daily sales pipeline.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales activity to management.
- Monitor sales activity and assist in closing complex transactions.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and training sessions.
