Requirements:

• A Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and building reusable data pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL, Spark SQL, and/or Hive.
• 3+ years of experience leveraging modern machine learning techniques and tools, preferably using Python.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data products and machine learning models for Risk, Fraud, Collections, and portfolio management.
• Build automated monitoring tools to track model performance.
• Create a model deployment platform to streamline new model implementations.
• Establish end-to-end reusable pipelines from data acquisition to output delivery.
• Lead business initiatives, including project planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Facilitate Model Governance Activities with Compliance and Bank Partners.
