Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or similar field.
• 3+ years of editing experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in advertising and/or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
• Editorial experience in pharmaceutical/medical communication or ad agency field.
• Thorough knowledge of AMA (11th edition) style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with editing in Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and editing content for correct spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.
• Ensuring fulfillment of creative briefs and adherence to AMA and client style.
• Fact-checking materials and aligning with writers on referencing.
• Participating in internal meetings and facilitating project completion.
• Supporting the MLR submission process for each client.
