Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in Sales, Training and Enablement.
- 4+ years’ experience in a hunter sales role.
- 3+ years’ experience in managing teams and delivering against business goals.
- Strong experience supporting Enablement in revenue teams of over 130 sales reps.
- Experience standing up new enablement programs & functions.
- Experience building sales & post-sales enablement programs.
- Strong knowledge & expertise in sales methodologies (Challenger, Insight Selling, Value Selling, etc.).
- Proven experience with VILT, ILT, and facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
- Experience in building playbooks, enablement resources, and learning paths using content creation software.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement professionals across five focus areas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enablement needs and implement cohesive learning journeys.
- Oversee various training and enablement programs, ensuring they are effective and integrated.
- Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
