Requirements:
  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales, Training and Enablement.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a hunter sales role.
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing teams and delivering against business goals.
  • Strong experience supporting Enablement in revenue teams of over 130 sales reps.
  • Experience standing up new enablement programs & functions.
  • Experience building sales & post-sales enablement programs.
  • Strong knowledge & expertise in sales methodologies (Challenger, Insight Selling, Value Selling, etc.).
  • Proven experience with VILT, ILT, and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Experience in building playbooks, enablement resources, and learning paths using content creation software.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement professionals across five focus areas.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enablement needs and implement cohesive learning journeys.
  • Oversee various training and enablement programs, ensuring they are effective and integrated.
  • Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
