• Proven track record as a Staff TPM or similar role, focused on large-scale program transformations.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira administration, automation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in overseeing enterprise-level Jira implementations and governance models.
• Solid understanding of product and software development principles and best practices.
• Experience driving cultural change and promoting continuous improvement through structured strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Expertise in building and maintaining knowledge management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the R&D organization's long-term Jira strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of the Jira Transformation and Governance program.
• Partner with external consultancy and internal teams for Jira optimization.
• Create and operationalize a governance model for process consistency and improvement.
• Develop change management strategies, training programs, and communication plans.
• Produce process documentation and training materials for Jira practices.
• Track engagement metrics and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to the TPM team.
