Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms.
• Creativity and strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for helping young adults connect with educational and career opportunities.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Schedule and monitor social media posts for consistent brand communication.
• Gather content from Propel alumni, current students, and staff.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and direct inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to implement campaigns for recruiting young adults.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support Google Ads management and monitor campaign performance.
• Assist in creating recruitment materials such as flyers and promotional items.
