• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in workforce management or SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Robust understanding of challenges faced by hourly employees.
• Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong ability to support and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive messaging and enablement by communicating product vision and technical details to stakeholders.
• Create and execute webinars to support partner sales enablement and pipeline development.
• Develop persona-based messaging and compelling product demonstrations.
• Engage with industry influencers to raise awareness of solutions.
• Develop content strategy and thought leadership materials targeting EU market challenges.
• Align with US-based product marketing team for product launches.
