Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects. Experience using CRM software to track and manage leads. Ability to work independently and achieve appointment-setting goals. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
