Team management experience is required. At least 3 years of development experience in a business setting (back-end or front-end). Experience leading scalable architecture design, such as microservices or event-driven architecture. Proven ability to lead and support the strategic growth of engineering talent. Experience in negotiation and coordination with diverse stakeholders.

Manage the engineering organization focused on back-end, enhancing technical and organizational capabilities. Conduct multi-faceted reviews of engineer outputs. Design and promote strategies for product quality, productivity, and performance optimization. Define the ideal state of the system and manage project progress. Create roadmaps in collaboration with various stakeholders. Support the skill improvement of engineers and foster the engineering culture. Facilitate team member growth through methods such as 1-on-1 meetings.
