Requirements:

• Team management experience is required.
• At least 3 years of development experience in a business setting (back-end or front-end).
• Experience leading scalable architecture design, such as microservices or event-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to lead and support the strategic growth of engineering talent.
• Experience in negotiation and coordination with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the engineering organization focused on back-end, enhancing technical and organizational capabilities.
• Conduct multi-faceted reviews of engineer outputs.
• Design and promote strategies for product quality, productivity, and performance optimization.
• Define the ideal state of the system and manage project progress.
• Create roadmaps in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Support the skill improvement of engineers and foster the engineering culture.
• Facilitate team member growth through methods such as 1-on-1 meetings.
