• Good knowledge of MS 365, online meeting platforms, and CRM systems.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Preferred: competency in other European languages like French or German.
• Previous experience managing or hosting small scale events.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
• Experience in project or adult learning fields is beneficial.
• Understanding of EU & UK data protection regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Instructor to create an unforgettable classroom experience for course participants on both virtual and in-person courses.
• Prepare training venues and liaise with catering staff as host for in-person training.
• Build rapport with course attendees and foster productive relationships.
• Become an expert on Prosci digital tools.
• Stay updated on latest Prosci solutions, enabling business development conversations in the classroom.
• Collaborate with the operations team to complete all course activities efficiently.
• Analyze participant feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate creation of change strategies and implementation plans with global participants.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations on internal projects when not supporting training courses.
