Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, with experience in social media management and financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
