Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS administration.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in content creation and instructional design.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Preferred: Experience using Dayforce and Articulate360, certification in Learning and Development, knowledge of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities:

Create and develop learning programs, including workshops and e-learning modules, to address identified training needs.
Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and develop customized solutions.
Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations and online resources.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to ensure participant engagement.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Manage the Learning Management System, including content organization and participation tracking.
Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs.
