Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in content creation and instructional design.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Preferred: Experience using Dayforce and Articulate360, certification in Learning and Development, knowledge of adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop learning programs, including workshops and e-learning modules, to address identified training needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations and online resources.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to ensure participant engagement.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Manage the Learning Management System, including content organization and participation tracking.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs.
