Requirements:
- Demonstrated successful sales and marketing experience/skills.

Responsibilities:

- Nurture warm leads and maintain regular contact, converting them to hot leads when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM database and monitor My Aged Care portal referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
