Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the energy efficiency, utility, or environmental sector.
• Experience in database management.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau AWS, Redshift, Node JS).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets related to energy efficiency programs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program design and evaluation.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize statistical analysis to forecast energy savings and customer behavior.
• Provide insights to stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
• Create visualizations and present data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and regulations in energy efficiency.
