Senior Tableau Consultant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau's capabilities, techniques, and standards for creating dashboards and reports.
• CPG or Retail experience preferred.
• Experience with large datasets, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Ability to understand the business impact of data and make recommendations.
• Experience with data and analytics tools, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing.
• Consulting experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Communicate data architecture to development teams.
• Create and develop advanced Tableau reports and dashboards that fulfill business needs.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to translate business requirements into Tableau visualizations.
• Design intuitive dashboards to enhance user experience and effectively communicate insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other team members to deliver quality BI solutions.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks and SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
