Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a regional implementation team.
• Plan logistics and installations ensuring smooth and on-time delivery.
• Create maintenance schedules for equipment quality.
• Lead the event/operations team focusing on critical metrics and objectives.
• Develop team strategy and manage operational budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Collaborate with design, tech teams, and partners for successful implementations.
• Provide on-site operational support when necessary.
