Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Deep understanding of the electrical wholesale industry in Poland.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the electrical wholesale channel.
