Requirements

- Experience with technical writing, especially in documenting processes and creating user manuals.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL or SQL scripting.
- Skills in problem solving, decision making, and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Directly interact with clients and various groups to understand system issues and requirements.
- Monitor and track the resolution and actions needed for client-raised issues.
- Conduct information gathering to identify areas for system improvement.
- Perform user training and conduct quality assurance testing.
