Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of campus recruitment landscape and trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Willingness to travel to campuses for recruitment events as needed.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with campus career services and recruitment offices. Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top students. Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions. Conduct workshops to inform students about job opportunities and the hiring process. Screen and interview student candidates to assess their qualifications. Promote staff4Me through various social media platforms and campus partnerships. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans. Track and report on campus recruitment metrics. Provide ongoing support and feedback to candidates throughout the process. Collaborate with HR and marketing to develop recruitment materials.
