Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of campus recruitment landscape and trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Willingness to travel to campuses for recruitment events as needed.
