Requirements
- Native Korean speaker or achieved TOPIK II level (5-6).
- Ability to communicate in English.
- PhD in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
- Possess a local license to practice as a psychologist.
- At least 2 years of experience providing telehealth psychological services.
- Ability to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions remotely.
- Familiarity with assessment tools including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic instruments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered psychological interventions remotely.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to deliver multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in peer counseling and supervision meetings.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in telehealth psychology.
- Engage in company-hosted meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
