Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in cloud-native or hybrid environments at Fortune 1000 companies, with cybersecurity experience a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud security.
  • Comfort and passion for customer interactions and relationship building.
  • Experience performing demos for technical and business-focused prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales support to customers in deploying, configuring and onboarding with Operant.
  • Anticipate technical objections or potential barriers and proactively address them.
  • Provide post-sales support to top customers to expand usage to new users and use cases.
  • Understand customer needs and translate those needs into POC and onboarding plans.
  • Own POC success, drive execution and customer engagement.
  • Create custom demos for customer priority use cases.
  • Perform live product demos highlighting Operant’s features.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build and support customer POC/POV solutions.
  • Contribute content supporting the sales process.
  • Attend conferences and client meetings, engaging with prospects.
  • Write external facing documentation for product onboarding and workflows.
  • Present talks and conduct workshops for security engineers.
