Requirements:

• Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience working with various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
• Supervision by consulting psychiatrists is required.
• Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the integrated care team model for delivering behavioral health services.
• Customize care for individual patients with autonomy in scheduling and appointment length.
• Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with support for administrative tasks.
