Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Experience working with various behavioral health issues, such as mood disorders and substance misuse, is required under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist.
Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, which involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Have the autonomy to customize patient care, including deciding the frequency and duration of patient visits.
Conduct medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
Create and manage personalized schedules to ensure work/life balance.
Focus on patient care without any additional on-call responsibilities, with back-office support managing administrative tasks.
