Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with various behavioral health issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customizing care for each individual patient with the autonomy to determine visit frequency and duration.
- Providing medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities, with support for administrative tasks.
