Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse problems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care weekly.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
