Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Wayland, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively. Comfort working with clients with diverse problems. Ability to pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care weekly. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
