Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort in working with diverse client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation in line with company policy.
- Provide care for clients in collaboration with a team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and stakeholders.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
