Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort working with clients with a diverse range of problems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session as per guidelines.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
