Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide care for clients and collaborate with a team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and support staff.
