Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Windsor, CO (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively. Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse concerns. Ability to pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions and provide diagnoses. Create and implement treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes. Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in community mental health services. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
