Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Somerville, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited school. Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines. Ability to work with a diverse range of client concerns.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and case notes. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
