Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited school.
- Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and case notes.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
