Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans according to company policy.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plans, and case notes.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in reaching their goals.
- Coordinate services with families, other care providers, and school staff.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
