Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
• Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement treatment plans according to company policy.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in reaching their goals.
• Coordinate services with families, other care providers, and school staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
