Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective collaborative skills and meets deadlines.
- Comfortable working with clients with diverse mental health concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose patients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in developing interventions to achieve client goals.
- Document patient sessions according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and stakeholders.
- Participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
