Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively
- Familiarity working with clients with diverse problems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Stable and appropriate boundaries with clients
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and case notes
- Provide excellent care for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps
- Utilize creativity in interventions
- Coordinate services with other care providers and staff
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
