Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy over visit frequency and duration.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, with the option for family therapy and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus solely on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
- Handle clinical care and documentation, while support team manages billing and collections.
