Requirements
- Must have licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- Welcoming new graduates, but preferred candidates will have successfully completed the PMHNP-BC exam.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, focusing on team approaches to behavioral health.
- Customizing care for each patient, with flexibility in scheduling and session length.
- Providing medication management, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Cover care only for assigned patients, while the support team handles billing and other administrative tasks.
