Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per guidelines.
- Provide excellent client care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to support client goals.
- Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate with care providers and attend clinical meetings.
