Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Plymouth, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines. Comfort working with a diverse range of client issues. Ability to pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement treatment plans. Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per guidelines. Provide excellent client care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Utilize creativity in interventions to support client goals. Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care per week for full-time status. Coordinate with care providers and attend clinical meetings.
