Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Provide customized care for each patient with autonomy in scheduling.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, along with family and group therapy as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with support for administrative tasks.
