Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with clients presenting diverse concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check ensuring safe care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose appropriately.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent care to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
