Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document ongoing treatment and client interactions per company policy.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve community mental health care access.
- Coordinate services with other professionals and families as needed.
- Attend clinical meetings and training.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
